Any copyright in the radio broadcasts belongs to the respective broadcasters. Funho is not responsible for copyright issues arising from listening to or sharing radio streams.

When you suggest a radio station or submit a review, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the Site. You confirm that you have the right to submit such content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Funho name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that radio streams will be available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
